3 - Select your language


Having trouble?

    • Silent mode (vibrate) must be disabled for you to hear translations, even if you are using headphones.

    • Ensure the “Listen” button is highlighted in green in the bottom left of the app

    • Refresh the translations with the button in the top right of the app

    • Make sure your headphones are properly connected

    • Speak to a Frontline team member if the issue continues

    • Translations will start at the beginning of the service, and end at the conclusion of the service.

    • Ensure you are connected to “NovaChurch” in the CaptionKit app. The N logo will appear, and our handle is @novachurch

    • Press the refresh button in the top right of the app

    • If your app still says offline, speak to a member of the Frontline team for assistance

    • We currently offer translations for 11 languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Hindi, Malay, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamise, Korean, Swahili & Arabic).

    • If your language isn’t avaliable for translation, speak to a Frontline team member or your Nova Family leader, for it to be avaliable on a future week.
