CONSENT FORM
Every Young Person attending “Follow the Fire” will need to have a consent form filled out by their Parent or Guardian by Wednesday 9th of July.
TRANSPORT FORM
We will all be transported by a Bus from Nova Church Adelaide North to and from the Campsite. However, if you are needing transport from home to Nova on Wednesday, or if you are needing a lift to home from Nova on Friday, please fill out the Transport Sign Up Form below by Monday, 7th of July by 12pm.
